W-2 Settings

In order to print and file W-2s in HR Hub, you will need to enter your W-2 settings.

  1. In HR Hub, select Settings, then click on City Settings. Enter the W-2 Contact Information and W-2 Location Information.
    If you will being filing electronically you will also need to enter the W-2 Electronic Filing Information.
    The Business Service Online (BSO) User ID is issued by the Social Security Administration. If you are unsure what your BSO is, you will need to contact the SSA.
  2. Click Update once you have entered all the information.
