How do I Add More Public Users?

To add more Public Users to your FrontDesk subscription, please email Margie Hopper, your FrontDesk Client Success Manager at margie@gworks.com. Let her know how many additional Public Users use would like to purchase. As a reminder, Public Users are purchased in groups of 50.

An Ordering Document will be created and sent to the authorized user at your Agency. Once that Ordering Document is digitally signed by the recipient, the Public Users along with additional email, text, and storage capacity will be added to your subscription the same day.
