Utilities Tab Overview

The Utilities Tab in the FrontDesk Hub contains all of your Utility Accounts and an overview of the service requests that have been submitted through FrontDesk.

At the top of this page, you will see options for Accounts, Approval, Move In, Move Out, Pause Service, Resume Service, Stop Service, and Start Service. Each button will display the number of current requests of that type. Click on any of these to see the list of accounts with that request type. Use the filters at the top of this table to sort by Type or Status. Select any item from this table to open the details.

All Requests that display here will need to be completed in SimpleCity Utility Billing desktop software. Follow the steps provided to complete each type of request in your desktop software. Once completed in SimpleCity, the changes will sync over to with FrontDesk every 30 minutes.

For example, click the Move In button to see open Move In requests - these are new requests made by Public Users through FrontDesk. Click an item from the table to show the details of that request. This will display Public User information along with the steps you need to complete the Move In request in your SimpleCity Utility Billing desktop software. Follow the instructions and prompts.
