Whitelisting SimpleCity programs for FrontDesk
In order for SimpleCity to send data to FrontDesk, SimpleCity uses programs to share data across the two platforms. If you have any kind of antivirus or firewall on your network, those can sometimes interfere with SimpleCity executing those programs. To prevent this issue, contact your network administrator and have them whitelist the following programs:
- UBPDFEXE.EXE
- HKFRTDSK.EXE
