Budget Reports

  1. Click Finance > Budgeting > Budget Reports.
  2. Click Report Type.
  3. Select the report type from the dropdown menu. Options include:
  • Budget Reports: Monthly comparison of your budget versus actual expenses or revenue
  • Proposed Amendments: Overview of all proposed budget changes
  • Proposed Budgets: Comparison of your budget and actual expenses from the previous two years, the current year, estimated year-end, and your new proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year
  1. Choose Revenue, Expense, or Revenue & Expense.
  2. If generating a Budget Report, click Calendar Period and select the month from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Generate Report.
  4. To export the report, click Export and select your preferred format: PDF or XLS for an Excel Worksheet.
